First off, let me say Gabe the manager made this a memorable stay! Got a room overlooking a pasture with cows included. This place was spotless, safe and quiet. Had a great nights rest! Breakfast was pretty standard for a Fairfield. It will be added to my favorites list.
Great place to stay , spacious comfortable rooms , bathrooms are very nice , free breakfast everyday and compared to other hotels the food is served hot and delicious. Hotel staff very polite and professional!

While the service was truly exceptional, exceeding expectations in friendliness and helpfulness, there were a few minor inconveniences that slightly detracted from the overall stay. Pros: * Outstanding Service: The staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Hotel is near a variety of eateries. Cons: Minor Inconveniences: "The room could have been slightly cleaner. Overall: Despite the minor inconveniences, the exceptional service at the Fairfield Inn in Johnson City made for a mostly positive stay. Gabe was such a delight to work with - I booked the Fairfield for one of my hotel blocks for my wedding and Gabe went above and beyond to make sure my guests had a great experience. It's also in a great location with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.
Gabe and the entire team make you feel at home. The reception area, pool, fitness center, and outdoor patio are clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and kept in good order. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. My tv was not working and they immediately corrected it. Very kind and receptive team led by a caring and competent manager. This is my go to in east Tenn.
Rooms were clean. Beds were fine. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping did not make up the room between nights. Breakfast was edible.
Hotel is extremely clean and peaceful. The receptionist was extremely professional and courteous. I definitely felt welcomed.
@Jan.2026 The staffs were nice and the room was clean. There is microwave, small fridge, dryer, pretty much everything what’s need. If coffee in entrance lobby is filled it would be better. All time except breakfast it was always empty.
